Sycor awarded as TOP Employer Medium-Sized Businesses 2022
According to an evaluation by FOCUS BUSINESS, the Sycor Group is among the TOP employers in the German SME sector. With this ranking, the company very clearly demonstrates how satisfied its employees are with their company.
The survey was based on more than 550,000 employee evaluations and existing online evaluations of more than 38,000 companies. Several rating platforms were taken into account for the online ratings. "We are proud that our employees were committed and positive about Sycor on the kununu platform. We value this commitment very much and are pleased that we can occupy an excellent position with Sycor in the nationwide comparison," emphasizes Thomas Ahlers, Managing Director at Sycor.
In the evaluation, employees assign points as a gauge of the "feel-good factor" on the one hand and the "career factor" on the other. In addition, they can also add comments in text form. They are asked about points such as working atmosphere, supervisor behavior, colleague cohesion, equal opportunities, dealing with older colleagues, social benefits, or salary.
The impulses from the evaluations are regularly taken up by Sycor's HR management to continuously optimize the working environment. "It is very important to us to be in constant dialog with our colleagues in order to strengthen teamwork and promote the individual development of each person," adds HR Manager Petra Gerweck.
